Susan’s experience includes more than 10 years as Executive Vice President of Medifast©, one of Inc. Magazine’s Fastest Growing Small Companies in America, President of OAP Interactive, one of the first national interactive design firms with prestigious accounts including Cover Girl, Toyota USA, Snyder’s of Hanover and Major League Lacrosse and the 2003 recipient of the Addy Award for excellence in design and President of Objective Data Storage, Inc. a developer of medical diagnostic imaging and data storage solutions for the healthcare industry.

Susan is a 1983 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and a member of the Maryland Bar. In her spare time she enjoys curating and selling preloved designer purses, traveling, and playing with her pup, Zeke.
Scott Reynolds, LSSGB
Vice President
Scott is a graduate of Wilmington University (Business Management) and Florida Atlantic University where he earned his Lean Six Sigma Certification. He has been with De Novo since its inception and has been instrumental in its growth through his dedication to client service. In 2017 Scott reorganized the entire company infrastructure to minimize overhead while still maintaining its world-class service. A former college baseball player and self taught guitarist, Scott now spends his free time playing golf and writing music.

​A paralegal since 2012 and valued De Novo team member since 2017, Ev has been an integral part of the exponential growth of the company. Her dedication to her clients and even demeanor are just a few of the virtues that make her truly special. In her spare time Evelyn enjoys golf, shopping, relaxing on the beach and family time with her husband, Ryan, and their Jack Russell, Rusty.
Ezekiel "Zeke" Reynolds
Head of Security
Ezekiel “Zeke” Reynolds is in his fourth year with De Novo as Head of Security. He sports a very impressive resume as one who can “sniff out” and eliminate just about any threat. He is known for his boisterous communication style which can be intimidating, but he is always working in the best interest of De Novo. He enjoys car rides, long walks around the office complex, lots of treats and snuggling with the entire Team. His favorite sport to watch is golf and his favorite athlete is Ezekiel Elliott. His dream is to take up golf when he retires but has difficulty gripping the club since his thumbs failed to develop at birth.
